QLM Terms of Use
Version: 1.0
Before you use or access the services and features of QLM, which is owned by VARIANCE INTERNATIONAL FOR TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT and its subsidiaries and sister companies and is one of the artificial intelligence services provided within the Qriib ecosystem, please read these Terms of Use carefully. First, QLM is a service that relies on artificial intelligence technologies to help users create, process, analyze, and organize content. Its functions may include, depending on what we make available from time to time, conversation, writing, editing, rephrasing, translation, analysis of files and content, generation of text, images, audio, video, and code, use of memory and knowledge, operation of agents and automation, and integration with other services or tools.
These QLM Terms of Use (the "QLM Terms") govern your access to and use of QLM, including its associated websites, services, applications, interfaces, functions, tools, and features. The natural person or entity that accesses or uses QLM is referred to as "you," the "User," the "Customer," or "your," as the context requires. We are referred to as "VARIANCE INTERNATIONAL FOR TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT," "Qriib" (also referred to by its Arabic name, Qriib), "us," or "we."
The QLM Terms constitute additional service-specific terms and are to be read and applied together with the general Terms and Conditions of the Qriib platform, which constitute the Master Subscription Agreement, as well as the Qriib Privacy Policy, the Acceptable Use Guidelines Policy, the Security Policy, the Refund and Cancellation Policy, where relevant, and any other applicable policies, terms, or documents published or referenced in the Trust Center or when a particular function of our services is used.
By accessing or using QLM, creating an account, or activating any of its functions, you acknowledge that you have read the QLM Terms of Use, the general Qriib Terms and Conditions at https://qriib.com/en/legal/terms-of-service, and the relevant policies, and agree to comply with them. You also acknowledge that, when you create an account or use the various QLM services and features, you are of the legal age required to agree to these Terms. Alternatively, if you access or use the services on behalf of an entity, such as a company, institution, or other entity, you have the authority from that entity to agree on behalf of the entity you identified during the account registration process.
Acceptance of these Terms does not replace any separate consent that the law may require for a particular processing of personal data or the use of a specific function. If you do not agree to the QLM Terms, the Master Subscription Agreement, or the applicable policies, you may not use QLM.
QLM Is a Product within the Qriib Ecosystem
Qriib is a trademark owned by VARIANCE INTERNATIONAL FOR TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT. The QLM Terms do not create a contract or legal document separate from the general Qriib contractual framework (the general Terms and Conditions). Rather, they set out additional provisions applicable to the nature of QLM as a service that relies on artificial intelligence.
If there is an apparent conflict between the QLM Terms and the Master Subscription Agreement (Terms and Conditions) at https://qriib.com/en/legal/terms-of-service, the two documents must be interpreted in a manner that makes them consistent. If that is not possible, the Master Subscription Agreement shall prevail, unless the QLM Terms contain an express provision specific to a QLM function or feature that is intended to govern that particular matter. Your use of QLM does not automatically grant you any rights in other products or services within the Qriib ecosystem beyond those expressly made available to you and within the limits of your subscription plan.

Eligibility for Use and Restrictions on Use by Children
By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that you understand that, to use QLM, you must be eligible to use the Service under applicable laws and possess the legal capacity necessary to accept the terms and obligations that apply to you.
Our websites, services, and applications on the Qriib platform are not intended for use by persons under thirteen (13 years of age) unless such use involves or takes place through a parent or guardian or a responsible entity, which may include, without limitation, a school or educational institution.
When QLM is used through a school, educational institution, parent or guardian, or responsible entity, that party bears full responsibility for ensuring that the authorizations, notices, and consents required under applicable law are in place.
By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge that, if you use QLM on behalf of a company, institution, or legal entity, you have the authorization or authority necessary to accept these Terms and use the Service on its behalf.
Nature of the QLM Service
QLM is a service that relies on artificial intelligence technologies. Depending on what is actually available to the User, its functions may include tools for conversation, creation, analysis, research, files, memory, knowledge, projects, agents, automation, integrations, media, code, and other functions.
By agreeing to these Terms, you agree that mentioning a function in the QLM Terms does not mean that it is available to all users or in all countries, accounts, or environments. The availability of a particular function may also vary depending on the Service's configuration, usage limits, the technical status of the feature, or any entitlement, subscription, or activation applicable to your account. You further agree that references to future, experimental, or developing functions do not constitute a promise or commitment to launch or continue those functions at a specified time. All of this is subject to our sole discretion.
Nature of Artificial Intelligence and Outputs (Notice)
By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge and understand that you are interacting and dealing with an artificial intelligence system. You acknowledge that you know that artificial intelligence technologies are probabilistic by nature, which may result in misunderstandings or errors, and that the Outputs generated by QLM may not always be correct, accurate, complete, up to date, or appropriate to the context.
Outputs may include, without limitation, inaccurate or incomplete information; factual, mathematical, or logical errors; incorrect references or sources; unexpected or inappropriate results; biases arising from the data or models used; or content that is similar, identical, or close to content generated for other users. Outputs may differ when the same or a similar request is resubmitted, and may also vary depending on the model, tool, or technology used to execute it.
Accordingly, by agreeing to these Terms, you undertake that you alone are responsible for reviewing and verifying the Outputs and what they are based on before relying on, publishing, or using them.
The mere appearance of a message or Output from QLM stating that a particular action has been performed does not constitute conclusive evidence that the action has been completed in an external system when verification through the relevant system or service is possible.
Inputs and Customer Content
-
First: By using QLM, you retain the rights you hold in your Customer Content. You are also responsible for the Inputs, data, files, and information that you provide to QLM, and you acknowledge that you have the rights, licenses, permissions, or legal bases necessary to use and process them through the Service. You may not submit, or direct QLM to process, content that you do not have the right to use, data obtained unlawfully, or content whose use would infringe intellectual property, privacy, data protection, or any other rights of third parties.
-
By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that, if you submit data or information concerning other persons, you alone are responsible for obtaining the necessary notices and consents or establishing the required legal basis whenever the law so requires.
-
You must exercise due care before submitting trade secrets, confidential information, or highly sensitive data, and ensure that using the Service to process such data is consistent with your legal and contractual obligations.
-
Second, Use of Customer Content: We are not entitled to access, use, or process your content except to the extent necessary and permitted under the Master Subscription Agreement and the QLM Terms; the general Privacy Policy, the QLM Privacy Policy, and applicable policies; the provision of the Service and performance of the function you requested; the authorizations, permissions, or access rights you grant us; security, safety, and abuse-prevention requirements; or applicable laws and legal obligations.
For our part, we at Qriib implement appropriate physical, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your content against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, or alteration. Allowing QLM to process your content does not grant us a general right to sell or publish your content or use it for purposes unrelated to providing the Service.
Permission to process your content to provide the Service does not, in itself, constitute general permission to use private content to train general-purpose artificial intelligence models. Any practice concerning the use of data to improve or train models is subject to the provisions of the Privacy Policy and applicable disclosures.
However, by agreeing to these Terms, you accept that we may engage approved service providers, processors, or technology providers (third parties) to provide certain functions. Data processing or sharing with them shall be limited to what is necessary to provide the Service and shall comply with applicable controls, policies, and laws.
Outputs and Rights to Use Them
Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you retain your rights in the Inputs that you own. To the extent that we have any legally transferable or assignable rights in Outputs created specifically for you through your use of QLM, we grant or transfer those rights to you to the extent permitted by law and in a manner that does not conflict with our Terms and Conditions or our policies.
By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that this does not guarantee that every Output is eligible for intellectual property protection, that an Output is unique or exclusive to you, that another user will not receive a similar Output, or that an Output does not contain elements subject to third-party rights.
Accordingly, by agreeing to these Terms, you undertake that you are responsible for reviewing the Outputs and ensuring that the necessary rights or licenses are in place before using them for commercial purposes or publishing or distributing them, particularly when they include trademarks, images, voices, persons, protected works, code, or third-party materials.
By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions (the Master Subscription Agreement), you acknowledge that you are aware of Clause 14, concerning the scope of ownership rights. Accordingly, in relation to QLM and its various features, characteristics, and functions, we do not grant you any direct or indirect ownership right in any of the foregoing, or in QLM itself, its models, systems, trademarks, software, interfaces, or technologies owned by us or our subsidiaries and sister companies.
Memory and Knowledge
QLM may include Memory functions that allow certain information, context, instructions, preferences, or knowledge to be retained for use in subsequent conversations or tasks. Some types of Memory may be personal, while others may be associated with a Workspace, project, or organization and accessible to other authorized users.
By agreeing to these Terms, you bear responsibility for ensuring that you have the right to store the information you add to Memory or shared knowledge. The collection, processing, use, retention, deletion, and management of access to Memory data are subject to the QLM Privacy Policy and Qriib policies, as the context requires.
You should not assume that deleting a particular conversation necessarily deletes information stored independently in Memory, or vice versa, if the two services are technically separate. This is subject to the explanations provided in these Terms and the various Qriib policies.
Agents, Automation, Connected Services, and Third Parties
Through QLM, we may make functions, features, and capabilities available to you that rely on agents or automation capable of performing a series of steps, using tools, or interacting with third-party accounts, applications, systems, or services ("Connected Services"). When you activate an agent or automation, or choose to connect an external account or service to QLM, by agreeing to these Terms you authorize QLM, within the instructions, scope, and permissions you grant, to access the necessary information, exchange it with the Connected Service, and use the tools available in that service to the extent necessary to perform the function or task you requested.
By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that you are responsible for defining the instructions, scope, and permissions you grant to agents, automation, and Connected Services, and for ensuring that you have the right and legal authority necessary to connect the account or service, grant those permissions, and carry out the action covered by your authorization.
Giving QLM the ability to connect to an external account, service, or system does not mean that you have automatically authorized us to perform all actions that the service technically permits. Any action must remain within the authorization you granted and the functions available in the Service.
By agreeing to these Terms, you must, in particular, ensure that any material action falls within a clear authorization appropriate to its nature. This includes actions that may involve sending content or information to other persons or entities, public publication or external sharing, deleting or modifying data or files, executing commands or modifying systems or files, conducting a transaction or operation with a financial effect, or taking any action that may have a material legal or tangible effect.
By agreeing to these Terms, you remain responsible to us for your instructions, settings, configurations, and the permissions and consents you grant; for reviewing the results and actions carried out on their basis; and for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable law and any terms or policies applicable to the Connected Services.
Some services or third parties may consider you to be the account holder, the person granting authorization, or the party that requested the action through the Connected Service. QLM does not establish a legal agency relationship or representation on your behalf before any third party unless this is expressly and separately agreed.
Connected Services may be subject to their providers' own independent terms of use, privacy policies, and data processing practices. When you choose to send information or make it available to an external service pursuant to your instructions or through a connection you have activated, that information may become subject to the external provider's terms and policies. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for how an independent third party uses that information outside our control or for its practices or services. This does not affect any legal responsibility we bear for data processing performed by us.
You may not use QLM, agents, automation, or Connected Services to circumvent authentication mechanisms, access controls, usage limits, pricing, billing systems, security measures, or any restrictions or protective measures implemented by us or any third party.
Agents, automation, or External Services may not always operate in the manner you expect. Some steps may fail, be delayed, be partially executed, or be unavailable due to the nature of the model used, the tool, the connection, or the external service. We also do not control the continued availability, performance, or terms of all External Services. They may be modified, restricted, discontinued, or become unavailable, which may affect certain QLM functions connected to them.
Subject to the available functions, you may modify or revoke certain connections or permissions through QLM settings or through the external service provider. However, revoking a connection or permission prevents or restricts future use, as applicable, and does not necessarily reverse or cancel an action already performed or a transfer of data already completed before revocation.
Accordingly, by agreeing to these Terms, you undertake to review the permissions you grant, the instructions you provide, and the resulting actions and outcomes, and to exercise appropriate human oversight and judgment, particularly before carrying out or approving any action that may have a material financial, legal, or tangible effect. When a QLM function allows you to connect a device, browser, files, computing environment, or software tool, the task may include, depending on the permissions you grant, reading or modifying files, executing commands, or running tools. By agreeing to use that function, you undertake not to connect any device, system, or account that you lack authority to use, and to review the scope of access before granting permission. Granting general technical permission does not mean that you have automatically consented to deletion, publication, sending, or the performance of a material action outside the scope of your instructions.
Acceptable and Responsible Use
By agreeing to the QLM Terms, you undertake to use the Service and/or its capabilities and/or features and/or functions lawfully and responsibly, and to comply with the Qriib Acceptable Use Guidelines Policy, the QLM Acceptable and Responsible Use of Artificial Intelligence Policy in the Trust Center, and any other policies published in the Trust Center that apply to your use of the Service.
You may not use QLM, its models, agents, tools, or Connected Services to circumvent those policies or enable another person to carry out a prohibited use.
We may refuse, restrict, or stop any request, function, or access when we determine, or reasonably suspect, that the use violates the law, these Terms, or applicable policies, or exposes users, the Service, or third parties to a material risk.
Professional Uses and Decisions with Significant Effects
By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that QLM is a tool that relies on artificial intelligence and is not a substitute for licensed or qualified professionals. You acknowledge that you understand that the Outputs provided by QLM do not, in themselves, constitute legal, medical, health, financial, tax, investment, or other forms of professional advice regulated by law, unless the provision of a specific service through a qualified and authorized entity is expressly stated.
If you use QLM to obtain information concerning a professional or specialized matter, you undertake to review and verify the Outputs and consult the appropriate professional before making a decision based on them, and such use is solely your responsibility. You may not rely exclusively on an Output, decision, or automated action issued by QLM to make a decision affecting another person when the law requires human review, safeguards, or additional consents. Decisions with significant effects may include, depending on the circumstances and without limitation, decisions concerning employment and human resources, credit and financing, insurance, education, health and treatment, housing, legal rights, eligibility for a service or benefit, or any other decision that may have a material legal or tangible effect on a person.
When using QLM in those contexts, you undertake to apply an appropriate level of human oversight and not treat the Outputs as a final decision merely because they were issued by an artificial intelligence system.
Sharing, Publication, Templates, and Published Agents
From time to time, we may make functions available that allow you to share or publish a conversation, document, Output, agent, Skill, MCP, template, asset, or any other resource created or prepared through QLM. When you choose to share or publish a resource, you acknowledge and undertake that you have reviewed its content before publication and removed any confidential information, personal data, or third-party data that you do not have the right to share. This is your responsibility.
You acknowledge that the persons to whom you grant access to a shared resource may, depending on the nature of the function, be able to copy, save, or reuse it. It may not be possible to retrieve copies they have already saved merely by revoking the sharing link.
If you make an agent, template, Skill, MCP, or any other resource available to others, you undertake that its description is accurate and not misleading and that, where relevant, you disclose the functions it performs, the data it accesses or processes, the external services or accounts it connects to, the permissions it requires, the known external fees or subscriptions necessary to use it, and any material restrictions or conditions associated with its use. You may not publish a tool, agent, Skill, MCP, or template that intentionally conceals the collection of data or its transmission to an external party, performs actions materially different from those described to the User, or contains malicious instructions or a means of circumventing privacy policies or the Security Policy.
The inclusion of a third-party resource, agent, or tool within QLM or in a store or library associated with it, if made available, does not mean that we guarantee its results or endorse its quality or professional accreditation.
We may restrict, remove, or discontinue a published resource if it violates the law, third-party rights, the QLM Terms, or the policies and Terms and Conditions in the Trust Center.
You do not acquire an entitlement to payment, commission, or revenue sharing merely by publishing a resource within QLM, unless a separate program is made available for that purpose and you agree to its specific terms.
Communications, Recording, Transcription, and Content Concerning Others
Through QLM or its agents, depending on the available functions, we may enable you to send, prepare, or publish messages, email, content, or communications to other parties. If you ask QLM or one of its agents to send or publish any communication, you are responsible for identifying the recipients, the validity of the purpose of the communication, the content you requested to be sent, its timing and frequency, and obtaining the consents or permissions required by law, including those relating to privacy, marketing, or electronic communications laws.
Connecting an email account or messaging platform to QLM does not mean that you have automatically authorized us to send bulk or marketing messages or contact persons without appropriate instructions or a proper basis from you. You may not use QLM to send unsolicited messages, harass, deceive, or unlawfully impersonate others.
If QLM makes functions available to record, transcribe, or analyze a meeting, audio, image, screen, or content relating to other persons, you undertake that you have the legal right to capture and process that content and that you have provided notices and obtained the required consents from participants whenever the law or the nature of the use requires this.
Merely possessing an audio file, image, or recording does not mean that you have an unrestricted right to clone a person's voice or likeness or create new content attributed to that person.
Qredits and Paid Use
Some QLM functions may rely on Qredits units to measure or calculate the use of certain resources or operations. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that Qredits are not money, a deposit, a digital currency, a financial asset, a security, or a means of saving, and do not grant you an independent monetary entitlement against us except to the extent required by QLM subscription plans, the Refund Policy then in effect, or applicable law.
The quantity of Qredits required to perform an operation may vary depending on factors including, without limitation, the type of model or tool used, the volume of Inputs or Outputs, the amount of context or files processed, the duration of audio or video, the number of images or assets generated, the number of steps or tools used by a task or agent, and the computing resources required for execution.
Sending a single message does not necessarily mean that the operation consists of a single technical call or has a fixed cost. Where necessary and available, we will show you the price, usage cost, or method of calculating it before the operation is performed or within the applicable interface or commercial document.
Qredits do not, in themselves, grant you access to a feature or function that is not otherwise available to you. The validity of Qredits, the way they are used, and any expiry, carryover, rewards, or promotional credits are subject to the rules presented to you when they are granted or purchased and any relevant policy then in effect. Payments, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are also subject to the Master Subscription Agreement (the general Terms and Conditions) at https://qriib.com/en/legal/terms-of-service, the Refund and Cancellation Policy, and any commercial terms you agreed to at the time of purchase.
Execution of Operations, Holds, Failures, and Cancellation
Certain QLM tasks may require a number of steps, calls, or tools, and part of your balance or Qredits may be placed on temporary hold while a particular operation is performed if the Service's mechanism requires this.
A temporary hold is not considered a final deduction until the operation is settled in accordance with the applicable consumption mechanism. If an operation fails for technical reasons and the requested Output or service is not validly delivered, the associated Qredits, balance, or consumption will be handled in accordance with the billing and consumption rules and the applicable Refund Policy.
The treatment may differ if an independent part of the task succeeds and another part fails; you stop the operation after resources have already begun to be consumed; an operation with an external provider cannot be stopped after the request has been sent to it; or the requested result is delivered correctly and you then request a new change or modification.
Closing the application or browser or losing the internet connection does not automatically mean that an operation in progress has been cancelled. When we enable you to stop a task or agent, stopping it is intended to prevent subsequent steps that can be stopped, but does not necessarily reverse an action already performed in an external service.
By agreeing to these Terms, you undertake to check the status of important operations through the relevant Service or external system, particularly when an action has a financial, legal, or tangible effect.
Beta Services and Preview Features (Beta & Preview)
We may make certain QLM functions available as Beta services, Preview features, or limited-access functions. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that these functions may be incomplete, contain errors, change frequently, or be unavailable to all users. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue a Beta service or Preview feature in accordance with the Master Subscription Agreement and applicable law.
Making a Beta feature available does not mean that we undertake to release it commercially, permanently, or at a specified time. You also undertake not to rely primarily on a Beta service in an operation that cannot tolerate errors without appropriate verification mechanisms, backups, and oversight.
Models and External Service Providers
By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that you understand that QLM may rely on more than one artificial intelligence model, tool, technology provider, or external infrastructure to provide its functions. We may, at any time, change, update, or replace the model, tool, or service provider used to perform a particular function for reasons relating to performance, development, security, compliance, availability, operating cost, or improvement of the Service.
The appearance of a model or provider's name within QLM does not mean that the provider is our partner or that it guarantees QLM or its Outputs, unless expressly stated otherwise. The availability of some models or tools may vary by country, capacity, technical requirements, or service provider policies.
Where the use of an external provider or service is subject to additional terms or restrictions with which you must comply, we may present those terms to you or refer to them when you use the relevant function.
An external provider's consumer terms do not all automatically become part of your agreement with us merely because we use its technology, unless use of the function requires a direct relationship between you and that provider.
Data processing by any external provider is subject to the QLM Privacy Policy and the relevant controls and policies.
Enterprise Accounts and Workspaces
If you use QLM through a company, institution, or Workspace, you acknowledge that certain resources, information, and settings within the Workspace may be subject to management by the enterprise Customer or Workspace administrator.
Depending on the available permissions and functions, the Workspace administrator may be able to manage Workspace members, roles and permissions, shared resources or projects, shared Memory or knowledge, connections or tools linked to the Workspace, certain usage and administration data, and other settings associated with the organization's use of the Service.
If you are a Workspace administrator, you undertake to manage permissions properly, refrain from granting users access beyond what they need, and inform End Users of the internal rules and policies governing the use of QLM within your organization. You also undertake to obtain any consents or authorizations required by law before submitting employee, customer, or other third-party data to the Workspace.
A person's membership in a Workspace does not, in itself, grant the administrator a general right to access all of that User's personal content beyond the scope permitted by the Service or the applicable agreement.
Certain enterprise resources may continue to exist after a user is removed from the Workspace when those resources are owned by or allocated to the organization in accordance with the nature of the Service and the applicable agreement.
Account and Service Security
We implement technical, organizational, and security measures designed to protect QLM, your content, and your data against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, or modification. However, you acknowledge that no internet-connected service or information system can guarantee absolute protection against all security risks. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that you also have an essential role in protecting your account. You therefore undertake to keep your login credentials confidential, refrain from sharing passwords or access keys without authorization, review the permissions you grant to Connected Services, revoke any key or connection you no longer need, and notify us immediately upon becoming aware of or suspecting unauthorized access to your account.
We may temporarily suspend a session, key, connection, or function if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a security risk or unauthorized use exists, in accordance with the Master Subscription Agreement and our security policies.
Suspension and Policy Enforcement
By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge our right to take reasonable and proportionate action when we determine that these Terms, the Master Subscription Agreement, the Acceptable Use Policy, or any Qriib policy has been violated.
Depending on the nature, seriousness, and recurrence of the violation (the prohibited act), such action may include, without limitation, refusing or stopping a particular request; restricting access to a function, model, or tool; removing or restricting access to violating content; requiring correction of the violation; temporarily suspending access or suspending or terminating your Qriib account; or terminating access in circumstances that justify it under the Master Subscription Agreement (Terms and Conditions) or the acceptable use policies.
We may take immediate action when necessary to protect children, prevent an imminent risk, respond to fraud or a security breach, comply with an enforceable legal order, or prevent serious harm.
Where possible and where doing so does not conflict with the law, security, or third-party rights, we may explain the substantive reason for the action and provide an appropriate means for you to inquire or object.
A violation involving part of the Service does not necessarily mean forfeiture of all of your content, balances, or lawful rights unrelated to the violation, unless required or permitted by law or the Master Subscription Agreement.
Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer
By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that the nature of artificial intelligence systems may cause results to vary or be inaccurate or incomplete. To the extent permitted by law and the changing nature of the technology, we do not guarantee that all Outputs are correct, accurate, complete, or up to date; that all Outputs are original, unique, or exclusive to you; that Outputs are suitable for all purposes; that Outputs are free from errors or biases; that all references, links, or sources appearing in Outputs are correct or available; that all generated code is free from errors or vulnerabilities; or that every action performed by an agent, automation, or Connected Service is completed without error, delay, or an unexpected result.
By agreeing to these Terms, you undertake to apply an appropriate level of human review and judgment before relying on the Outputs or performing actions based on them.
No provision of this section or of the QLM Terms shall be interpreted as releasing us from any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law.
The general provisions concerning warranties, indemnification, and limitations of liability remain subject to the Master Subscription Agreement (Terms and Conditions).
Privacy and Data Protection
Given the nature of QLM as a service that relies on artificial intelligence, different types of data and content may be processed depending on the functions you choose to use. Processing of your personal data and QLM content is subject to the QLM Privacy Policy, which explains in greater detail the types of data collected or processed, the purposes of processing, Memory, files, conversations, artificial intelligence service providers, Connected Services, retention and deletion, and your rights relating to your data.
The QLM Privacy Policy, according to its scope of application, is to be read together with the general Qriib Privacy Policy and any other applicable Data Processing Addendum or privacy notice published through the Qriib Trust Center.
By accepting the QLM Terms, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to the QLM Privacy Policy and the relevant policies referenced in these Terms of Use. Acceptance of the QLM Terms does not, in itself, replace any independent and specific consent that the law requires for particular processing.
If there is a conflict specifically concerning how data is processed within QLM between the QLM Privacy Policy and the general Qriib Privacy Policy, the QLM Privacy Policy shall apply to the QLM-specific matter, subject to any applicable law, Data Processing Addendum, or agreement having higher priority.
Amendments to the QLM Terms
We may amend or update the QLM Terms from time to time, including when developing the Service or adding new functions, changing how an existing feature operates, new legal or regulatory requirements arise, addressing security or abuse-related matters, or improving the clarity of our Terms. The updated version will be published with the date of the last update or the effective date specified.
If an amendment is material or materially affects your rights or use of the Service, we will send you an appropriate notice whenever required by law or the Master Subscription Agreement. The notice may be provided through the Service, email, the Trust Center, or any other appropriate means.
If the law requires your express consent to a particular amendment, we will not treat continued use alone as a substitute for that consent.
Where the law permits, your continued use of QLM after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. If you do not agree to a material amendment applicable to you, you must stop using the Service before its effective date, subject to your existing rights and obligations under the Master Subscription Agreement and the law.
Relationship with the Master Subscription Agreement
The QLM Terms are additional specific terms governing the characteristics, features, and functions of the QLM service. They do not replace the general Terms and Conditions of the Qriib platform, the Master Subscription Agreement. All general provisions of the Master Subscription Agreement remain applicable to you in matters not specifically governed by the QLM Terms, including, as applicable, provisions concerning the account, access rights, fees and payments, the platform's intellectual property, suspension and termination, indemnification, limitations of liability, force majeure, governing law, dispute resolution, and notices.
By agreeing to the QLM Terms, you acknowledge that the QLM Terms, the Master Subscription Agreement, and the policies referenced in them together form the contractual framework governing your use of the Service.
If your use of QLM is also subject to an enterprise agreement, an order form, a Data Processing Addendum, or terms specific to a particular function or service, those documents apply according to the order of precedence specified in them or in the Master Subscription Agreement.
For matters specifically concerning data processing within QLM, the QLM Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Addendum, if any, apply according to their respective scopes. For matters concerning the nature of QLM, artificial intelligence functions, agents, Memory, Qredits, or Connected Services that have not been specifically addressed by a document having higher priority, the QLM Terms apply as the service-specific terms.
