DevKit LTI · Qriib for learning

Your LMS course. Your Qriib classroom.

Bring live teaching into your existing course with LTI 1.3. Instructors and learners open Qriib from their LMS, without a separate learner sign-in.

Start in your LMS. Live meetings and recording playback open in a new tab.

Follow the teaching journey

  1. Open the activity

The instructor launches first to initialize the workspace. Learners then enter with their LMS identity and course permissions.

  2. Start teaching

Start a quick class, then join the active session. Opening the workspace alone does not join a meeting.

  3. Set a time with Business

Plan a one-time session with a date, time zone and duration.

  4. Share recordings with Business

Available recordings stay private until an instructor publishes them for authorized course users.

Watch the teacher and student walkthroughs

Watch recorded walkthroughs of the actual LTI workspace. Choose the teacher or student view to see how each role uses the product.

Match the plan to your teaching needs

  • LTI: eligible Wesal Pro or Business plans only, never PAYG.
  • Features and limits follow your organization's plan entitlements.

Qriib Pro

  • LTI 1.3 course entry
  • Activity placement through Deep Linking
  • Immediate classes with enabled classroom tools

Qriib Business

  • Pro workflows plus one-time schedules
  • Course recordings with instructor publication controls
  • Instructor session history and NRPS course roster

Concurrent rooms are shared across the organization's meeting services. Recording storage and retention follow the applicable subscription terms.

Configure and validate the connection

For LMS administrators and DevKit organization owners integrating an LTI 1.3 LMS. Moodle and Canvas are popular platforms with dedicated guides, not the only integration options. A Sakai guide is also available. Validate each LMS deployment and required services before rollout.

  1. Prepare access

Coordinate the organization owner and LMS administrator. Prepare a test course and separate instructor and learner accounts.

  2. Register the deployed tool URLs

Copy the actual OIDC login, launch and JWKS URLs from your DevKit portal into the LMS. Use the deployed /lti/v1/ values, not unverified guide examples.

  3. Save the LMS values

Enter the issuer, client ID, deployment ID, authentication URL, JWKS URL and token URL in DevKit as required. Confirm enabled scopes.

  4. Test both roles

Place the activity through Deep Linking. Launch first as an instructor, then validate learner permissions, meeting handoff and enabled Business workflows.
