Invite people and bring them into the work
Send supported meeting and organization invitations through Qriib, and give existing users a direct way to find and act on them in the app. The invitation stays connected to the meeting or organization it concerns, reducing the need to arrange everything in a separate messaging app.
Choose from available contacts and organization members, revisit recent invitees and keep track of the people selected. Supported phone and email destinations extend the invitation flow according to the available delivery channel and region. When the service reports that someone was not reached, the organizer can see which invitation needs attention.
Pending organization invitations can be found later, accepted or declined. After acceptance, Qriib offers to open the organization while protecting an ongoing call or meeting from an unexpected switch.
Notifications you can return to and act on
Notification Center gives updates a place to stay after the original alert has passed. Open it from the bell to review recent activity, find items that need attention and follow an update to the meeting, invitation or other item it concerns.
- Switch between Activity and Needs attention, and narrow the list by organization or category.
- Use the unread filter, open individual items, or explicitly mark notifications read. Opening the list alone does not mark everything read.
- Find organization invitations with their available actions, alongside requests for plan features and their responses.
- Keep the existing list visible while it refreshes, with clearer previews, timestamps and wrapped action labels.
- Receive an in-app banner when an eligible update arrives while you are using Qriib, and follow it through the same destination flow as a system notification.
Notification categories have their own preferences. The app also synchronizes its selected language for supported server-generated notification text. Permission requests now appear with a relevant explanation during setup rather than immediately on the launch screen, and the app recognizes permission changes made in your phone's settings.
Notification preferences work with your device permissions and the delivery available for each category. History is retained on the device.
Plans and billing in your organization's context
The mobile plans experience brings plan selection, subscription details, Restore and billing history into a connected flow. Your organization stays visible so you can tell which workspace a plan or upgrade concerns.
- Compare the available tiers, billing periods and license options, with clearer trial and renewal information.
- Return to a plan page that reflects the organization's known subscription while current information loads.
- See the distinction between an active plan, a plan ending at renewal, an expired plan and a subscription managed through another source.
- Review scheduled changes and the capabilities affected before proceeding with a downgrade.
- Open subscription details, use the management actions available for that subscription, and receive a clear Restore result.
- Browse invoice history with readable dates, subscription sources and copyable invoice identifiers.
Purchase preparation stays attached to the action. The release includes corrections for canceled purchase attempts, delayed Store responses, repeated transaction updates and controls that changed unnecessarily during refresh. The Subscribe action no longer fades simply because the selected option changes.
Available actions reflect the subscription source and your role. Members can see confirmed organization plan information without receiving billing-management controls.
Call handling and continuity improvements
This release includes corrections to call setup, answering and cleanup, including cases where a failed attempt prevented the next call or a duplicate answer signal interrupted connection.
- New attempts begin with their own state rather than inheriting controls or timing from an earlier call.
- Stale native events and ended-call signals are scoped to the call they belong to.
- Call readiness is refreshed at sign-in and when the app returns to the foreground.
- Mute intent and speaker-route changes receive additional handling during connection and native audio transitions.
- Reconnecting, unavailable recipients and ended calls have more specific state handling.
Android also receives a Qriib-styled incoming-call screen with localized native labels.
Meetings with clearer entry points and follow-through
Meeting actions are easier to follow from Home, the meeting list and meeting details. Joining a current meeting and opening its details are separate actions, and invitation navigation retains the meeting and organization context it needs.
- See recent invitees and a summary of selected people when preparing a meeting. Clear a selection and undo it without rebuilding the list.
- Review plan-limit guidance before submitting a new or edited meeting.
- Use supported phone or email invitation destinations, with feedback when the service reports that an invitee was not reached.
- Add a scheduled meeting to your device calendar from its details or scheduling confirmation.
- Keep existing meeting-list content during refresh and receive updated lists when returning to the app or receiving supported meeting updates.
- See failures above open sheets instead of having an error hidden behind them.
The meeting engine also includes changes to hold/resume behavior, recovery context, moderator camera permissions and Android rendering. Missing passcodes are no longer displayed as the word “null”.
Where a recording is available, links connect it to the associated meeting and let you navigate back to meeting details. Recording rows handle long metadata more carefully. Recording and streaming access follows the applicable organization plan.
Personal settings and organization controls, clearly separated
More now distinguishes your personal account from the organization you are working in. Organization identity and plan information stay together, with clearer entry points for the actions available to you.
- Return to the organization last used by the account on that device, when it is still available.
- Find pending organization invitations and access the available acceptance or decline actions.
- See member actions that reflect your role, with account-based checks for your own membership and the organization owner.
- Read confirmed plan and shared-limit information as a member without opening a purchase-management experience.
- View app version information in About and copy details when reporting a problem.
Shared profile images and organization logos are reused across relevant screens. The release also corrects account-bound loading around sign-in so organization changes do not leave Home people or New Call contacts empty.
Account forms, reading and everyday polish
Sign-in supports password-manager autofill and identifies the account already in use. Session corrections reduce repeated failures after sign-in expires and return the app to sign-in when the session can no longer be recovered.
Password and phone changes use clearer settings forms. The current phone number stays visible during replacement, and the password form asks for current, new and confirmation values. Shared layouts improve keyboard clearance, action placement, navigation direction and labels across the touched screens.
Arabic wording has been revised across recent plan, notification, meeting and settings surfaces. Larger text receives additional wrapping and layout handling in priority screens.
Read policies inside the app
A native legal reader brings the bundled Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, Acceptable Use policy and Qriib Space policies into the app in English and Arabic. Bundled content can be read without opening a browser, including offline, with document version and date information where supplied.
